Dear Brothers and Sisters:
The 2012 Scholarship Applications are here. To be eligible, the applicant must be a son, daughter, legally adopted child or dependent of a member in good standing. Applications are limited to high school seniors who will be entering their first year of academic study at a degree-granting, accredited college or university, within one year of their high school graduation.
Please call your respective union hall and we will send you a scholarship application, upon request. Applications postmarked after MARCH 1, 2012 will NOT be considered.

Saturday: (Ice Time) Feb. 4th at 12:00 noon.
Dinner - 6:00 pm - Amherst Fire Hall, 62 Albion St.
Dance - 9:00 – 12:00 pm.
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Super 8 at a rate of $108.00 for (2 Queen beds) or a Junior Suite with 1 Queen and 1 pull-out bed at $118.00. Please reserve before January 26, 2012 at (902) 660-8888.
You MUST confirm with your respective union hall if you are attending the SUPPER.

Due to no available ice time, Curling will not take place this year.
As per Article 31.2.2 of the Constitution, please be advised effective February 1, 2012, the monthly working dues will increase by $0.80. Therefore your monthly dues payment will be $40.35.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR DUES ARE PAID TO DATE FOR 2011. Dues receipts for Income Tax purposes will be sent to you in late February.
