LINDEN, AMBROSE JOSEPH - 87, Louisdale, passed away February 18 2012 in the Strait Richmond Hospital in Evanston., Born November 5, 1924 in Louisdale, he was the son of the late James Alfred and Helen Jane (Marchand) Linden. Ambrose was a Boiler Maker and a member of the Boiler Makers Union for over 55 years. He was also a member of the Fleur Des Lis Seniors Club in Louisdale and was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was a wonderful father and he always put everyone ahead of himself. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Mary Dora Samson; daughters, Donna Boudrot, (Don), Arichat, Connie Linden Sampson, Louisdale; son Blaine Linden, Fort MacMurray, Alberta and special daughter, friend Christine Perry, Fort MacMurray , Alberta; brothers, James (Delores), Herman (Therese) both of Louisdale, Dave (Catherine), Poulamon; sisters, Edna Poirier, Jeanette George (Albert), both of Louisdale, Julia Marchand, Toronto; grandchildren, Jason (Janette), West Arichat, Jake (April) and Dawn all of Arichat, Erin and Caitlin both of Louisdale; great-grandchildren Eliza and Ella Boudrot, West Arichat; He was predeceased by his brother, Patrick and sister, Dorothy. Visitation will be held in the Glen Sampson Room in Louisdale on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday morning at 11 am in St. Louis Church, Louisdale with Rev. Angus MacDougall officiating. Burial in St. Louis Parish Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the Prostrate Cancer Canada (NS).
